SHIPPING METHODS

Due to the volume of products we carry, the number of suppliers we use, the particular products purchased and the destination to which they are shipped, it is impossible to specify a specific courier or the particular warehouse location from which they will ship. The carriers may include the US Postal Service, FedEx, UPS or other domestic and international companies. Shipments use standard or economy levels of service.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate its delivery date.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We can ship to virtually any address in the world not prohibited by law. However, please note that there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to  international destinations and that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions or regulations based on their contents or destination, in which case you would be notified accordingly.

ORDER PROCESSING

Although we can't guarantee it on every order, most of our orders leave our warehouses within three business days (Monday - Friday, excluding US national holidays)! The timing of when your package will arrive will depend upon the item(s) purchased, the destination, and the courier and/or shipping service used.  

DELIVERY ISSUES

If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as delays or damaged packages, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are here to help resolve any issues and to ensure your satisfaction.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse those charges for additional shipping charges or any other fees charged by us. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" which is expressly prohibited by US and International government regulations.
