At Paws Pet Patch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you've purchased from us, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Unused Products: We accept returns for unused products only. Products must be in their original condition, including any packaging and tags intact.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Please inspect your order upon receipt and, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Used Products: We do not accept returns of used products. Products with damaged packaging or signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and process your refund once the returned item(s) are received and inspected. Please note that ALL returns must be pre-authorized to be eligible for refund.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Holiday Merchandise: Holiday-themed merchandise cannot be returned after the holiday has passed.
  • Exclusions: Certain products may be excluded from our standard Return Policy due to manufacturer restrictions.
  • Refusal of Returns: Paws Pet Patch reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy criteria or if the return is made without prior authorization.
