Paws Pet Patch Shipping Policy

We can ship most of our products to virtually any address in the world.

Delivery Time

Although we can't guarantee it on every order, most of our orders leave our warehouses within one business day (Mon - Fri, excluding US national holidays)! The timing of when your package will arrive will depend upon the items purchased, the distance to be traveled and the shipping service used.  Shipments within the United States are by Standard USPS Mail or FedEx (with delivery within 3-5 business days after shipment to most locations).  International shipments are with either USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Tracking

It is easy to track your shipment! Once we have processed your order, you will receive an e-mail including shipping confirmation and the individual tracking number assigned to your order. Check anytime to see the carrier's latest update on the current location of your order and when it is expected to arrive.

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the United States!

For international shipments for eligible products, we offer a reasonable flat-rate shipping fee of $30.00.

International Shipments

International Buyers, Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These charges are solely the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges or any other fees by us.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" which is expressly prohibited by US and International government regulations.

Unhappy with your purchase? We will refund your purchase price or exchange your order with NO RESTOCKING FEE! Follow the Return Instructions to request a refund or exchange.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please Contact Us within one week of receipt with your order number and details about the product(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note that items must be in new, resalable condition to qualify for either a refund or an exchange.
